About HQ Learning Mock Exams
HQ Learning 11+ mock exams have been written by our expert tutors to reflect the structure and content of the real GL 11+ exam taken in Warwickshire. We have combined extensive research with experiences from our previous students, to create an accurate mock exam designed to build confidence in learners, as well as offer feedback on student’s exam technique and skill level.
The mock exam consists of two papers, covering all four subjects: English, maths, verbal and non-verbal reasoning. The test is broken down into small, timed sections in true exam-style. Students will work in exam conditions in a school hall similar to the one they will sit their real test in. To reflect the GL exam, students will complete their answers on answer sheets that will be handed in for marking at the end.
Experiencing the mock exam will familiarise your child with the format, structure and exam environment, as well as providing an opportunity to assess their abilities in all four subjects. Written feedback is provided to parents after the exam to highlight the student’s strengths and areas for development.
